Both, Jeff and Belinda, quit their corporate jobs where they were making six figures in a year
and now, they have made six figures in a month. They started just two years ago and have been
crushing it in the Tampa market.
He and his wife are the dynamic-duo behind 2 Henry’s Real Estate, and they also oversee a
leading Florida real estate team. In 2017, they closed 38 deals. In 2018 they went on to close 68
Wholesale Deals and 40 WholeKey Projects. Their average Wholesale Deal is $17,200.00 and
average WholeKey Deal is $26,000.00 and their 2019 goal is 2.4 Million in Gross Revenue
through Wholesale, WholeKey and Retail. They will be in 3 different market areas by the 4 th
Quarter of 2019.
