Chuck bought his 1 st property (a duplex) in 1975 while on staff at UCF. Since then
he has been involved in hundreds of transactions. In 1981 he made the transition
to full time real estate investor.

With over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate investing business Chuck has
done virtually all phases of the business. This includes wholesaling, fix and flip,
lease options, sandwich leases, both residential and commercial development and
more. His ultimate goal has been to produce wealth and long-term residual or
passive income. His primary focus has been an ownership based plan which has
multiple benefits:

 - Cash Flow
 - Equity build-up from appreciation
 - Capital Gains from buying right
 - Equity build-up from principal reduction
 - Tax savings

At the meeting you will be getting tips and tricks on how you can do this more
profitably, productively and easier. Learn to treat you real estate as a business
