 The GOREIA Breakfast group is back to LIVE**IN**PERSON**MEETINGS ---- NO ZOOM!

The Breakfast meeting is open to all --- new investors, intermediate investors and to our pioneer investors – each group brings their unique views and experiences and knowledge that benefits all.  The meeting is unstructured in that we address the challenges that are raised by  the attendees – which can include what to do once you have a deal under contract (or if the deal is really a deal), referrals of good contractors, how to deal with tenants, getting buyers for wholesale deals or financing for deals (they might even be in the meeting), etc.

This meeting is a great way to meet other investors in a casual, relax small meeting where all members are welcome.
