Mike is a third-generation real estate investor. His first deal was a commercial one in 1976. He has been a real estate broker for over 41 years and has been involved in over $250 million in real estate deals, both directly and indirectly working with investors and banks. He also started many limited partnerships that focused on developing and managing real estate. Over the past several years, he’s been involved in the training side of investing. He has firsthand knowledge of how easy it is to lose assets that are unprotected and a great understanding of what banks are looking for in a deal.
