income tax burden ever since. He began offering Cost Segregation Studies just
in New England. Now the firm has a national footprint. Since then MS
Consultants has become the Nation’s leading independent provider of Cost
Segregation Studies. Jeff has developed and fostered relationships with
individual clients, accounting firms and CPA Societies. Also, he has organized
and run a practice helping commercial and residential property owners
accelerate depreciation on all types of properties. To date the firm has
completed over 26,500 studies in 48 states.

Another facet that Jeff brings to the table is that he is a real estate investor. He
not only understands the conversation from the accounting perspective, but also
the owner’s side of the table. This insight and understanding will help real estate
